VIRTUAL ENTERPRISES: HOW VEs DIFFER

The VE program is unique in that participants can:

• develop skills in working cross-culturally with participants in 42 countries
• learn in stages, using the simulation first, then moving into real world trading through the VE Trade Fairs
• develop relationships with local business people
• take full responsibility for their business and its outcomes, and learn from their mistakes! (no sales, no pay!)
• have their skills recognised through a formal certification process (all VE training is linked to a particular training package or curriculum)
• develop employability and enterprise skills which are demonstrated through their extensive portfolio (available to employers and further education providers).
